A: If the item we have stocks, the MOQ is 1 carton; if the item no stock, the MOQ is 1000pcs.

Q3: Can you do customized product?

A: Yes, we can do it. Customized logo or packing are welcomed.

Q4: What is your production time?

A: For samples, the preparing time around 2~7days; for bulk production, the delivery time normally need 25~35days, the exact time depends on each order.

Q5: How about your quality inspection procedure?

A: First, we have have strict material purchase principle, low quality material can not enter our factory in initial; Then, we have independent quality inspection department will inspecting during the production. Thirdly, inspection department will double check when all finished before packing. Fourthly, if clients have his/her own inspector or hired third-party quality inspection, we will cooperate with them to finish the final inspection.

Q6: How about the shipping?

A: For small order or urgent order, FedEx/ DHL/ UPS/ TNT express would be the first option.

For big goods, normally shipping by sea transportation, Ningbo/ Shanghai/ Qingdao/ Tianjin all are okay.

Q7: How about the payment terms?

For sample order and sample order, we suggest by Alibaba trade assurance order or Paypal make the payment.

For big order, we suggest by T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping.
