Advanced design of ultra-thin hybrid optical lens, with first-rate lighting control effect, various beam angle 10°, 20° for option, stable specifications, glare-free, good heat sink, brilliant quality, more than 40,000 hours life span.

Step 1 :
Before installing the lamp, follow the instructions to install the track;
Step 2 :
Hold both sides of the lamp clasp with both hands and put it in the track;
Step 3 ：
When the lamp is installed, turn on the switch and power up the test.
Note:
when pulling out the lamp, both hands must hold the safety clasp on both sides of the lamp.

Answer : Price and exterior. Though LED lighting products are with same or similar exterior,due to raw material cost difference is big,poor quality are all poor heatsink exterior with poor heat dissipation.So prices are also low. Besides,the driver exterior is also low-end with poor IC,MOS and capacitances.
Q2: Does LED downlight really have 50,000 hours lifespan?
Answer : 50,000 or longer lifespan is only theroy from lab test.But due to working enviroments are different from in lab,actual lifespan is only <=30,000hours.
Q3: What is CRI?
Answer : CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.
Q4: How can I complain if the LED downlight fails to work?
Answer : Contact Sales and show proof, we will replace new one if quality problem.
