Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

       We are a factory. We specialized in the production of bed,night stand and

       mattress.

Q2: What’s the terms of payment?

       T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance before container loading. L/C at sight,

       Cash, West Union.

Q3: What's your product lead time?

       Usually 25-30 days after payment. It's negotiated according to your request.

Q4: What is your MOQ? 

       For container quantity ,usually it's 10pcs/color/item. If EX-Work, mostly 1pc is

       acceptable.

Q5: Can I get a sample?

       Yes.The sample is charged, and refund while bunk order is confirmed to offset           equivalent payment.

Q6: What's sample order lead time?

       If sample order, lead time is 10-14 days.

Q7: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

       We have our owe QC system to check for each production line. And the

       inspection by you or assigned third party are also welcomed.

Q8: What is the warranty for all the products?

       3 Years. we will offer necessary help as after-sales service.

Q9: Can you produce according to our design?

       Yes, we can OEM according to your samples or technical drawings.

Q10: How is your packing?

         All the materials will be packed with plastic film,PE foam, and strong carton.

Q11: Can we have our logo or shipping mark?

         Yes. Your logo or shipping mark can be printed or sticked on the carton.
