Q1. Can I have a sample for testing before I place an order?

A: Yes, samples are always welcomed for testing and quality checking.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 20-25days.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by courier, sea and airline; Courier usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline takes 7 days. Sea shipping we have fast boat and normal boat: fast boat usually takes 13-17days. Normal boat need around 25days to 35 days.

Q4. Can you print my logo on the product?

A: Yes we can do private label on the product.
