Q: Can I full custom package? 
A: Sure, Please send us your artwork. Also we can offer package design service if needed. 

Q: How long samples takes? 
A: Standard: 24hours. 
   Laser engrave logo: 48 hours  
   Custom logo printing: 3-5days 
   Custom color length: 5-7days 

Q: What's your warranty? 
A: All products we offer 12 months warranty, any questions, you're welcome to contact us any time
