Q1: Where is your factory?

A: " Green Mountain" factory is located in ZhongShan City, Guangdong Province, China. Our city, around 70KMS away from Guangzhou

Q2: How can I get some samples and how long for sampling?

A: We are glad to offer you some samples. New clients are expected to pay for the sample's charge and the samples' postage(courier cost). Please note that these sample charge can be refundable when you place the full order. Sampling time: it takes around 3 workdays for sampling

Q3: What payment term you accept?

A: Normally by T/T, Pay Pal or Western Union 30% deposit before mass production, the balance shall be paid off before delivery

Q4: How can your factory ensure quality control and how can you ensure on-time delivery for mass production?

A:"Excellent Quality is the Best Seller " is the motto to "Green Mountain"factor,We always attach great importance to quality control for each order, regardless of big or small ordeds.

Q5: What about the after-sale service?

A: Our pursuit: Dedicate to providing customers preferably with satisfactory products and servicing more intimately. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can tell us in Trade Manager and we will reply you as soon as possible.
