A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for stage light products?

A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.

If there is problem with the product,  you need to send the picture or the video to us, let us make sure what’s problem about it,if the problem can use the part to solve ,we will offer the replacement for free Within 2 years , or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
