Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, any defective of our product will get repaired or replaced for free ;
 (2)Lead Time
1. Samples will be delivered from our factory within 5 working days.
2. General orders will be delivered from our factory within 7-15 working days.
3. Bulk orders or customized orders will be delivered from our factory within 20 working days at most.
(3)Shippment
1. By DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or other express.
2. By our forwarding agent (by air or by sea).
3. By your own forwarding agent.
4. By domestic forwarding agents to any city in China.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: We accept TT and Paypal.

A: FOB, EXW

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we provide customized OEM and ODM services.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
