Q4: How about the quality guarantee and after sell service?

A4: We guarantee 5 years for products body part and 2 years for accessories. We will offer free parts to those quality problem between guarantee period.


Q5: What’s the payment terms?
A5: By T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance to be paid before shipment. 

Q6: How long is the lead time?
A6: 7-20days for stock products;25 -35 days for non stock products

A7: Yes! 1-3days for existing products. 7days for customized products based on our item..
