A: Yes, we are factory. We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including brass lost wax workshop, brass casting workshop, hardware workshop, lamp shade workshop and painting workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.

A: 10-25 days.

A: Firs, Our products are produced in sic quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2% Secondly, during the uarantee peo we will send new lights with new order for small quantity For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
