    A: High solution detailed photos and free sample will be able to verify our quality.

    A: We keep very little stock for products we promote or no stock. We do have a MOQ requirement     to start      the production. The MOQ varies by the technics and machinery. Normally, it is around 0.5 pallet or 1                    pallet per item. Please feel free to contact our sale team to check more information.

    A: It depends on the order quantity. Normally one container order needs 15-30 days.

7. Q: What are your payment terms?

    A: T/T ( 30% in advance before manufacturing, 70% balance before loading). We also accept other major      payment method.

8. Q: There’s a price range for each product, what makes the difference in the price?

    A: Prices may differ subject to different thickness, quality requirement, FOB cost per unit, quantity, detail              requirement, etc. So to give you best suitable price please inquire with your detail requirement including              below information:

    A. Item description, material names, color, etc.

    B. Specification, thickness, edge type, surface treatment, etc.

    C. Quantity

    D. Container Weight Limit.

9. Q: Are you sure the packing will be excellent?  

    If damage happens during the transportation who  will be  responsible for that?

    A: Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong seaworthy fumigated wooden  crate              or bundle and metal strips for outside packing.

    Inside, we use plastic film to protect the products. In Addition, we will buy “all risks” insurance as per your            requirement.

    In the case of damage happens, firstly you can contact the insurance company to claim the damage.

    If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
