5. How long does it ship to my country and which delivery method are available?

It usually takes 3-7 business days ship to any country. We use UPS,DHL,TNT,EMS,FedEx etc to delivery our products. We will advise you the way of shipping, because we know which shipping company has much better customs dearance and best deliver times for your country.

8.If product have problems,how should i do?

First of all ,all products will test 48 hours before ship to our customer ,if products have problems, please send picture and video to us ,then our engineer will find the problem asap,and we will send new ligth or spare parts in free if it's our quality problem.
