A: For samples, it takes max 3 days to prepare it.For any OEM parts, they probably will take 2 weeks to produce. Normally, we can produce 2000 pcs/day. Once we receive full payment or deposit, we will start the production right away.
Q5: Warranty?
A: Our products have the warranty of 3 years starting from the day of delivery. If the defect is due to our acts during the production, we will replace the defective products with new products.
