How to Use?
1. Remove the package, Plug to test out each light string and make sure everything is in a good condition.
2. Find the main wire out, And lay string lights out along with the main wire.
3. NOTE: Please don't untie the ropes of light strings when you lay 10 strings out. Otherwise, they will be easy to tangle together during hanging.
4. Hang and install the light string properly with ropes, clips, nails or hooks to the place where you want to decorate.
5. Plug the lights in, press USB button or wireless Remote to select the flash model you like.
Q1. You are manufacturer or trading company? A: We are factory. Welcome to visit our factory at anytime.
Q2. What about the lead time? Sample needs 3-7 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks.
Q3. Do you provide NEW Design led desk lamp OEM services? A: Yes, we have more than 10 years experiences, we often cooperate with some famous foreign companies.
Q4. How to proceed an order for led light? A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Do you offer guarantee for the products? A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system . Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation
Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Tell us which one you would like, we will keep that in mind.
Q9. How do I pay? My friend, there are many ways. T/T(we prefer this one), Western Union, Paypal, and L/C, choose your favorite one.
