Q: What's the delivery time?

A: For normal products, it will take less than half a month to produce based on order quantity, for customized products it will take 15-30 days for producing.

Q: What is your quality control process?

A: We do 100% testing for all products before packing. We are CE certified and strictly follow the ISO procedures. We have an excellent QC process and department, they will inspect every flashlight and ensure every product can work before shipped out.

Q: Do you have quality gurantee?

A: Yes, we do 1 Year Warranty for all products. Defective products can be replaced freely within warranty period. 

Q: What's the payment way?

A: We recommend T/T for bulk orders, and Western union or Paypal for small orders.

Q: Can you make samples according to my actual samples, special demand, design or own idea?

A:  Our R&D dept. has experienced engineers in structure and electocircuit, so OEM/ODM is welcome.

Q: May I have your free samples?

A: We will send the sample to you after you pay the sample cost. If you are satisfied with our sample, you can keep it and we will subtract the sample cost in your formal order. If you are not satisfied with our sample, you can reject it and send back to us. We will return you the sample cost.

Q: May I printing my own logo?

A:Yes we can print your logo according to your requirement.
