6 If you find the lights have some quality trouble when you got the packages , such as the bulbs can NOT work , please take some photos and email us , for us confirm, and then we will send the new light or the replacement to you with your next order . Otherwise , the warranty is  24 months.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your payment methods?
A: paypal,alibaba trade assurance, western union and TT.

Q3. What is the warranty for the light?
A: For LED light, we offer serious 24 months warranty. If any quality problems happen with the light within the period, pls take some photos or a video to show us, then we will deal with it according to your situation(send new light or part in next order).

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Usually the lights can be shipped out within 1-3 working days if lights is in stock. If out of stock, normally it takes 5-7 working days. And 15-20 working days for bulk order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample , but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
