Geyapex is a young technical team who was founded in 2015, however the majority of our team members own more than 5 year old experience in led light manufacturing. We experienced the first 5 years when led high bay linear light developed and improved really fast, meanwhile we have provided OEM service for more than 20 famous distributors all over the world.
In order to develop more classic lights with awesome performance, we gathered many industry elite then established Geyapex. At present we own 2 modern workshops and 8 production lines as well as 80 skilled workers. We cooperate with national top industry university and share scientific research. We're dedicated to provide the best user experience and we extremely value our product reviews from our users, so every time before we launch a new light, we will ask some of our regular clients who are also using our ights for testing, then we will discuss all details and problems which can be improved and solved.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ request ?
A: People could start with 1 piece for testing regular model, and we have MOQ request on customized product.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A: Please feel free to email us which item you're interested in and the quantity you may need, we will calculate the shipping cost for you, if all is ok, we will send you proforma invoice for your confirmation and payment, we will ship out the lights within 3 days after confirming your payment, and we will provide courier tracking number once available.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.
Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will send you parts for replacement, as light is very easy to fix, and all you need is a screw driver.
