• Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders, Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before delivery the goods.

• It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

• Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.If is fragile we will make wooden frame.and we also can according to your requirements.

• We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

• Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.
