Vertex Lihghting has been approved by ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, as well as Sedex Smeta approved by SGS.We offer 24 hours ODM solutions, 7 days for samples, 25 days to delivery bulk orders, and our production capability over 320,000pcs per month. Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. Do you offer guarantee for the products? A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system . Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation
Q8. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, it usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Tell us which one you would like, we will keep that in mind.
Q9. How do I pay? My friend, there are many ways. T/T(we prefer this one), Western Union, Paypal, and L/C, choose your favorite one.
