1. What is LED light?

An LED lamp is a solid-state lamp that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the source of light. LED lamps offer long service life and high energy efficiency, but initial costs are higher than those of fluorescent and incandescent lamps. Chemical decomposition of LED chips reduces luminous flux over life cycle as with conventional lamps.

2. Why should we use LED Lights?

LED Lights consume 80-90% less energy when compared to the equivalent incandescent light bulb.

3. Do we really save from switching to LED lights?

The payback period of the initial investment of the LED light is 1-2 years. Thereafter you will save on the reduced electrical consumption. In addition, you will not pay for the replacement cost of the incandescent light every 1,000 hours or spend time replacing light in hard to reach places
