Also accept a full range of fabric as our client's request, such as recycled/degradable polyester, nylon, cotton, canvas, PU, clear PVC, Cordura and RPET with waterproof/water-resistant. Furthermore, they will pass the California Prop 65 protocol and Reach standard to protect the environment. Enzo bags has already a member of BSCI, Sedex, ISO9001, located in Quanzhou, Fujian, it has been developed well with 10,000 square meters land which locates three buildings, one for restaurant and dormitory, one for sampling room and office, and the last one is for production. As the fastest growing and innovative bags industry with 10 yrs of bags' manufacting experience in China, efficient service is what we pursuit, we have twelve sample workers, three designers, and four engineers there for OEM samples, 5 days for simple style, 10 days for complicate one. 15 production lines, and each line 15-18 workers, including a line-manager, two line-QCs, and a line-engineer. Around 210 workers who work here are well organized, 40% local workers, it is helpful for us to make sure they will come back on time after the CNY holiday. 60% non-local workers, but the school is very close to our factory which can get rid of workers flow because of children to ensure our monthly capacity is 250,000pcs. Enzo bags take the quality inspection at every stage from incoming materials to in-process quality control and final shipment, our QCs work closely with the production team to essure our partners/customers received the great products to win more markets.Our main market is Central and Western Europe, American, South-American, Japan, Australia and Mid-east.
