Each LED light is packed in a color box, with PE foam to protect the lamp. then put several boxes into a carton based on carton standard or customer's need.

Shipping:
500PCS will be delivered by sea, below 500pcs, we suggest air shipping. it all depends on the customers' request.
- Incoming quality control (IQC)
When the materials of led floodlight are sent to our factory, IQC will check the quality of these spare parts before producing.
- Assembling line workmanship control (IPQC)
After IQC, different spare parts will flow into every producing line and will be assembled together. During this procedure, every worker will check carefully and avoid any defect happen in the last procedure.
- Aging test & technical test
Our led floodlight will go through 2 rounds of the aging process. In this step, if any floodlights have something wrong such as the light is not bright, the inspector will find out and send the faultiness to the maintenance department for repair.
- Inspection of half-finished products
After the aging procedure, the flood light will continue the inspection of the floodlights’ outlook, and assemble the holders of the lights.
- Packaging
Every light will be cleaned and stick labels on it, meanwhile, double-check the functions of the floodlights. Then put into a PE bag to avoid dust and water. With user manual, adapter and other accessories together, next put into an EPE foam and fit into the color box, then 8 boxes or 12 boxes in a corrugated carton all based on the space of carton or customers' needs.
