How To Use?     

1.Using the shade guide provided in your kit, check your current shade of your teeth

2.Apply teeth whitening gel evenly on your teeth (thickness approximately 1mm)

3.Connect the LED light and place the mouthpiece into your mouth

4.After 15 mins - remove the mouthpiece and rinse your teeth with warm water

5.Check your new shade using the shade guide.

6.Repeat daily until ideal shade is achieved.
