2 for lithium polymer battery pack or 18650 battery pack, the warranty is 12 months.

3 for ebike battery pack with li ion 18650 cells, the warranty is 12 months

4 for Battery pack with LiFePo4 cell, the warranty time is 24 months.

5 Battery pack with Lithium ion cells for solar energy, storage energy application, the warranty time is 24 months. 

In first week of receive products, customer have right to apply refund if the product can not use totally or don't                                        meet customers's requirement. 

In warranty time, if battery have any damange and customer could deal with it, we supply free parts for repair.

                   if customer can not deal with it, we supply free repair by return to us or deal with it by negotiation

Out of warranty time, we supply replace parts for charge.
