Our Team of Quality control is equipped with the necessary test instruments, multi-function aging equipment, and give our clients better or perfect goods. In order to give our customer more confidence on our products, we have already gained CE, RoHS, and Tuv CB certificates. More certificate will coming soon.

Q1.Can I have a sample order for light?

A:Yes,welcome it.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2.What about the lead time?

A: 3-5days for sample. 20~25 days for mass production.

Q3.What is your moq for each item?

A:100pcs each item for formal order.

Q4.Can you accept OEM/ODM?

A:Yes.

Q5.How long for the emergency time and recharge time?

A: Mostly 2-3 hours for emergency time and 24 hours for recharge?

Q6.How to pack the items?

A:We will use neutral inner box and master carton to pack them.

Q7.Can you print our logo on light or make own designed color box?

A:Some items can be print you logo, some are not. If quantity more than 2000pcs, Color box for free.

Q8.What is your warranty for light.

A:2 years for the most. And we will provide the best after-service for you.
