2. Q: How to order?
A: Step 1, please tell us which product you need and how many pieces you plan to purchase.
Step 2, please tell us your special requirements: adding logo on product or customizing package.
Step 3, we will send you PI and confirm details, then you can arrange the payment.
Step 4, finally we will deliver the goods to the address we agreed within the stipulated time.
3. Q: When will you deliver the goods out after paying?
A: Sample order: 1-3 days after receiving the payment
Stocked order: 3-7 days after receiving the payment
OEM order: 12-20 days after receiving the payment
4. Q: How about the after-sale service?
A: Normally 6-month to 1-year warranty for different products. If you have any questions about the usage or there is any problem of quality by the product itself, please contact our salesman at the first time and send us videos and pictures as proof. Then our service department will give you the satisfied solution(replacement or refund) at once when they are working(Beijing time 8:00 am to 21:00 pm) according to different situations.

6. Q: How about the delivery method?
A: We support DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS, Airfreight, Seafreight, or you have your own forwarder(we can help you send to the address of your forwarder).
