1. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 200 pcs for kitchen mats,standing office mats, kneeling mats and yoga mats; 500 pcs for mouse pads, door mats, table mats.
Smaller quantity is ok for trial order.
2. Is customized logo workable?
Yes, your logo design is welcome.
3. Can we supply sample freely? How long will it take to get a sample? What about the delivery cost?
Yes, we can arrange sample before you place an order. We can supply 1 pc sample for free but express collect.
4. How long will it take for a full order?
Normal is 15 days for one order.
5. What is your payment terms?
Normal is 30% T/T deposit and balance against the copy of B/L.
6. Do you accept Paypal for payment?
Yes.
7. Can you do customized packing (with design logo on them) for individual retail selling? What is the per unit cost?
Yes, sure. Your design is welcome. The unit cost depends on the sizes and design of your designs. Please send us your design for quoting.
8. How to clean the mats? Is it washable?
Using a damp cloth or soft brush to clean the surface. Air dry do not expose it to the sunshine
