Q1: Do you provide samples ? Is it for free ?

A: Yes, sample order is acceptable, but the customers need to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q2: Can I use our own brand?

A: Sure, we offer OEM and ODM service for customers based on certain quantity. Both customized logo on the products and packaging boxes are provided.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: FOB, EXW

Q4: How about the delivery time?

A: Generally, 7 working days for sample order. For bulk order, the lead time is around 25 days after deposite.

Q5: How do you control your quality?

A: Our products will pass four tests in assembly workshop to ensure that the product is qualified: Semi-finished product test, finished product test, QC and random checking. Before packaging, we will have aging test.

Q6: How long is your warranty?

A: All of our products have 3 years warranty.

Q7: What kind of certification do you have?

A: Our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and BSCI.
We are also the member of Zigbee Alliance and Z-Wave Alliance.
