A : After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample
time is approx.12 days and Express delivery usually needs around 15 day.

A : Yes, the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the quantity mass production, but small order will no refundable ,for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with
