A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-7 days, mass production time needs 1-3 weeks for certain order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes. 5-9 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional for bulk order.
Q5: How can I do if one bulb broken or not working?
A: We have 1~2 pcs spare bulbs shipped together.If it still doesn't work, please contact us
to replacement bulb in the fastest and most convenient way.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design
firstly based on our sample.

A: The max is 4 sets of the 24FT(48Lights) strands can be linked together.

A: No, the light string is a commercial-grade light string, has the latest IP65 waterproof rating,
and uses thickened wires to protect internal lines from being affected.
