Quality first, we always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. our factory has gained CE, SAA, C-Tck.
Q3: What is the warranty for lamps?
For the lamps, we have 3 years warranty. if any quantity problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the
shipping cost and replacement.
Q4: What is color temperature?
Comled's led lighting offer lamp in warm, natural and cool white with color tenperature in kelvin (K).
Warm white=2800k-3200K
Natural white=4000k-4500k
Cool white=5000k-6500k
Q5: What is the CRI?
CRI is a figure which fedbacl the real colors CRI with higher cost. For led tubes, The CRI is mostly 75-80Ra.But there are some surpliers write a high data to attract clients. Please note.
Q6: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order , express will be best , and for bulk order , sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent order, we
suggest via air to airport.
