| Yes, we began to produce LED neon flex since 2006 and have been specialized on this product. We have 6 extruding machines, 3 plastic injection machines, related optics, and testing machines. |

Firstly, our LED Neon are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%; Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation. |
