For sample lead time is around 3 working days

For bulk orders lead time around 5-7 working days.

3. Can I have a custom designed for PCB  and  packaging box?  

We are direct manufacturer for led strip light more than 10 years.  We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All of our led strip light  can be  custom made based on your details requires demands  and packaging need.  

4. Is there a minimum order requirement? 

regular type there is no MOQ.

For custom the MOQ is 100pcs,because the price is more favorable.

Small order is acceptable as well.

5. Can I get a sample?  

 Yes, we have stock sample also accept customized as customer’s request.

6. What are your office hours? 

 You can reach us the hours  8:00 A. M. ~10:00 P. M. GTM+8, Monday thru Sunday. 

7. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?  

 We sell over 500 different types of led strip light  and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact  strip that you are looking for, please e-mail your request support at www.thinker-lighting.com and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.

8. Do you have a catalog? 

 We are professional led strip light  manufacturer. Some of our led strip light  have in stock also can custom made as per your request and demands.

Catalog can be offered if needed.

9. Can you do the customized led strip light for us? 

 Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in led strip light  design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect real. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution picture, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to design  them on the PCB. We will send you finished files for confirmation. 

10. What is your terms of delivery?

 Express(DHL,UPS,FEDEX,SF express etc)--Around 5 working days

Air/Air door to door shipping---7 working days

Sea/Sea door to door---Around 18-28days

We accept EXW ,FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost- effective for you.
