A: The factory building covers an area of 4000 square meters with 90% products exported abroad.
3. Q: Do your products have certifications?
A: Yes, our products have the certificates of CE, RoHs, FCC, IEC...We are assessment supplier by BV and TUV.
4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in 6th floor, Bldg POWER SOLUTION., HengFeng industry park, HeZhou, XiXiang, BaoAn ,ShenZhen,China. Shenzhen borders Hong Kong. Only 30 minutes from Shenzhen airport by car to our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
5. Q: Can i make my own brand on the product?
A: Yes, we can, you just need send us your logo artworks or our designer will do it for your confirmation.
6. Q: How about the warranty?
A: Normally we offer one year real warranty.
7. Q: What’s the payment terms?
A: Generally, we do T/T 30% deposite and 70% balance before shippment. LC at sight and other payment terms can be negotiated.
