Q1: Can I have a sample order? 

   A:  Yes, sample order for quality checking is available. For our regualr products, free samples are availbe with freight to collect. For customized samples, a certain amount of sampling fee will be charged. Please contact our sales staff for details.

Q2: What is your MOQ?

   A: Low MOQ for our ready stocks are offered with very competitive prices. You will enjoy our wholesale price even when ordering very small quantity.

Q3: Can I mix different models with low MOQ?

  A:  Yes, mixed models orders are welcome. We have a very professional team to make sure all your requirements are attended to. 

Q4: Why the prices listed on your website are different from your real price?

   A: Our real-time prices are affected by many factors, such as different product materials, processing techniques, packing methods, delivery terms, exchange rates, and etc. For customized products, the prices listed here are for refrence only. If you have any douts, please refer to our sales personnel and they will explain the details patiently.

Q5: How long is your lead time?

   A: For ready stocks and sample orders, goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days against  payment received. For mass production, usually it is 15 days against advance payment. 

Q6: Can I print my own logo on your products?

    A:  Yes, customised orders are welcome. We have a strong R&D team to quickly meet your requirements.OEM / ODM are our strengths. We are able to deliver the goods on time based on your design files. Your logo can be printed on the products, color boxes, and cartons. 

Q7: How do you process a tailored order?

   A: Firstly, please discuss all your requirements with our sales staff, including your interested designs, the specific materials, order quantities, packing methods, leading time, payment terms,  etc. Then after sample fee (refundable when a single order amout is over 5000 USD) or 30%

advance received, our R&D team will arrange a sample according to the requirements  as per our sales staff. In 3 - 5 working days, the sample will be ready for your inspection, either by shipping it to you or by sending videos to you. Once the sample is confirmed, we will arrange mass production for your order, with all stages under stringent quality control. Photos and videos of mass production will be sent to you by our sales staff if neccessary. Goods will be shipped to you after balance is paid. Our sales staff will follow up with you the whole time.
