Q1: Can I have samples?
A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: Can I visit your factory?
A2: Yes, we welcome you to visit our factory, and we will arrange the driver to pick you up at air port.

Q3: Can you offer OEM service?
A3: Yes, we support OEM service, we can print your brand and logo on the product and packaging.

Q4: Does any warranty for your products?
A4: Yes, for traditional lighting, we offer 6-12 months warranty; For led lighting, we offer 2-5 years warranty.

Q5: How deal with if i have defective products?
A5: We offer 100% inspection before shipment to ensure the quality, but none can promise no any defective product when customer receive the products, so if you have defective products, you may need to send us some details of the failed product. Once we confirmed it is quality problem, we will send you replacement within your next shipment.
