Q1.Are you manufacture or a trading company?
A: XINZIDA is a professional manufactory that own purchase and marketing team with abundant knowledge and 16 years operational experience in LED semiconductor lighting.

Q2.What's your MOQ and do you accept OEM/ODM service?
A: Low MOQ,1 piece for sample is available.

    Yes. Any OEM/ODM is acceptable.

Q3.What is the CRI and PF?
A: CRI is color rendering ability of light source on object,it is ability to restore color. CRI of LED light is 70~90,

the lower of the CRI,the more distored the color appears to the naked eye.
    PF is to feedback the driver electrical performance,higher PF with higher cost.

Q4.What's the payment terms and how about the lead time?
A: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shippment.(T/T,Western Union,Paypal,E-checking,

L/C,DP)
    3~7days for small order, 7~20days for big order,exact date will depend on your order quantity.

Q5.How is the quality of your product?
A: XINZIDA passed ISO9001,CCC,CE,ROHS,CQC,SAA,FCC,C-TICK,SGS and TUV.5/3 years warranty,

any performance failure occurs within warranty time caused by non-human damage, you can get our after-       service for free.

Q6.Do you provide after-sales serivce? 
A: Of course we do,we own well-tranied and passional sales & after-sale services who can speak fluent Engligh language.
    Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
    Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. 
    Thrid, for defective batch products,we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
