Q. You are a trader or a manufacture?
A. We are an industry and trade integration business, our factory located on Quanzhou City, and our sales department is in City centre of Xiamen. The distance is 80Kms, 1.5 hours.
Q. How can I be sure the part will fit my forklift?
A. Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself, Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.
Q. What is your minimum order?
A. It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is USD5000. one 20’ full container and LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.
Q. How about the payment terms?
A. Normally we can work on T/T or L/C.
A.1) On T/T term, 30% payment is required in advance for production, 70% balance shall be paid before delivery or againes the copy of original B/L for old long cooperation clients.
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. Fast Delivery: Generally, we can delivery within 15 working days in factory after receiving pre-payment from customers.
