Q2. What's the MOQ?
A: We accept sample order for most products. According to your quantity, you will get the corresponding discount and most cost-effective shipping fee.

Q3. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?

A: If it hasn't been shipped, you can pause the order.

Q4. When can we get a respond from you?
A: All the inquiry can be handled within 24 hour in the daily week.

Q5.How do you guarantee the product quality?
A: The Defective rate of our all products is 0.2% and we will do the final 12-24V Alternating voltage test before the shipment.

A: If you got any problems with the products, please take some photos and email us, after our confirmation, then we will provide you the best solution for you. The warranty is about 24ths.

A: Normally 3-7days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule,7 to 25 working days for bulk order.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q10. What is your terms of packing?
A: we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
