Due to the large size and high weight of the lamps, the price of our lamps generally excludes freight. If you need to know more about logistics costs, please contact customer service.

2. When will the order I place be shipped?

As for small quantity,  it usually takes 3-5 days.

As for bulk order or customized products, it is up to the type and specific quantity of the lamps.

3. Can the product be customized?

Most products can be customized according to customer requirements. The customization process generally includes the following steps: customer requests, two parties communication, drawings design, design confirmation, production arrangement and delivery.

4. What is the MOQ?

MOQ is 2 pcs. For one piece, please consult for the sample price.

5. Is after-sales service provided?

The product can be guaranteed for 2 years. Since the date of purchase, the product has failed under normal use and can be guaranteed within two years.
