New Lights' T8 Glass LED Tube is produced with high quality Hong Li LED chips, constant current IC drivers and fluorescent tube casing. It has optical feature of 320 degree beam angle, lumen efficacy of 100lm/w, Ra 80 and power efficiency >90%. The light is well diffused with no dark area while flickering is minimized with stable current. Finished tubes are required to pass stringent drop test, high temperature test, compression test and surge test and they are well certified with CE, CB, GS, SAA, FCC, UL and DLC. The product life time can reach 25,000 hours and they are guaranteed with 2 years warranty. Customized packaging and optical parameterss as well as clear glass can be offered on customer request. These tubes are suitable for lighting in hotels, shopping malls, metro stations, parking site and many other areas for residential or business lighting purpose.

ANS: Customer can provide a defect summary on the list of issues with quantities,Also please remark  the operating and storage conditions. We can provide replacement in next shipment per contract terms once it is confirmed the defects arising from supply side.

ANS: Normally, our turnaround time is 7-10 days for sample ( and 25-30days for mass production. During Peak season, we have special shift arrangement to control sample delivery within 12 days and bulk order within 35 days.
