Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We are a professional factory specilized in LED outdoor safety product with smart signal indicator. This amazing products are produced massively in 2013 and we had got the patents.
Q: Are they waterproof?
A: Yes, IPX-5
Q: What is warranty?
A: 2 years.
Q: Is it rechargeable?
A: For the LED panel, it is built-in Li-poly rechargeable battery. For the battery of controller, it is 2pcs CR2032 which cannot be rechageable.
Q: How about mass production?
A: Regularrly, if it belows 3000pcs, about 30 days; below 10000pcs, about 40 days; under 100000pcs, about 50 days. The exact production time can be negotiated.
Q: What is your advantage?
A: For the quality, our factory have strict steps to control its quality. Firstly, our QC staffs will inspect fully the raw materials before putting it to storehouse. Secondly, in the production, QC will pick 30% half-finished products randomly to test its function. Thirdly, fully inspection before shipment. After this steps, the RDG is below 1%.
