A : SAN YOUNG is a real ISO 9001:2008 certificated manufacturer with 10 years manufacturing experience. Our main line is LED vehicle lights. 

Q2. Besides ISO, what else certificates and test report you have ?
A :  Besides ISO,most of our lights are certificated with CE,RoHS,IP67,IP68,CCC, and E-mark (R10,R23,R112 etc).

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our lights in neutral white boxes or brown cartons with EPE. OEM Packing and logo branding service offered with your authorization letters.

Q4. Which Payments SAN YOUNG accepts?
A: San young Lights accepts Paypal (For sample orders only ), T/T , Money Gram, Western union etc payments.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,DDP etc.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 4 to 7days for general order. Specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7. Do you have OEM, ODM service ?
A: Yes, we are Specialist in OEM and ODM service.Package OEM and logo branding on light body is also offered.

Q8. Do you have agent in my country ? How do I place a trial order ?
A: SAN YOUNG has some distributors / Whole sellers currently in UK, USA, Sweden,Netherlands,Portugal, Panama who can help you with your trial and/or retail orders.

SAN YOUNG also welcomes companies with similar lever and intrested to be our ( exclusive ) distributors.

Q9:  What is the warranty for your light & How you replace?

A : We offer1 year warranty with all LED Auto lights. Within warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back, just break the light and take a photo to get replacement FREE OF CHARGE with next shipment.

A: To simplify the process of our comminication, your inquriy should include following informations :
