Located in Songxia Industry Park with 200,000 square feet building foot print, Foshan Tuffplus Auto Lighting Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of auto lighting products with 9 workshops and 2 laboratories: the workshops include: Die-casting, polishing, CNC, powder coating, LED die bonder & encapsulation, SMT (dust free), LED work lights and light bars assembly, LED conversion kits and rear bulbs assembly (dust free), packaging, as well as the following laboratories: integrated environmental and auto light optical laboratory.
Tuffplus has spared no effort on product R&D and quality control. Currently we have 9 engineers including auto lighting optics engineer, thermodynamics material engineer, machinery engineer, and electronics engineer. (We are still recruiting more professional engineers.) We have already created a complete system for quality control, all production process’ are strictly controlled under TS16949 system.
Our main products include:
LED conversion Kits : H1, H4, H7, H8/H9/H11, H13, 9005(H10)/9006, 9004/9007, 880, 5202( H16).
LED rear use bulbs : T15/T16, 1156, 3156, 7440
LED driving lights( NEW): Hyper power 10W each 4" round, 5" round, 7" round, 9" inch round. Some of them with Emark certification.
LED Bar Lights and work Lights: 3W, 5W, 10W each LEDs, Epistar available.
LED special Lighting products: LED blue spot light for forklift(Hot sale), LED warning light
Some of these products have already completed EMARK and DOT certification.
