The spacing between LGP and LED must control at 0.2mm, although the gap will reduce the lumen by 1%. But when there is no gap between the LGP and LED, the LGP will be expanded during to the heat might crush the LED. So the gap will completely avoids LED being squeezed by LGP as the thermal expansion

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
