A1: We welcome sample order if you find styles that you are interested in. Sample cost will be responsible for your side including express fee, but we can return sample fee back to you if mass production order you place is large enough.
Q2: How to place order to us?
A2: Send us enquiry - receive our quotation - negociate order details - confirm sample -sign the contract
Remit deposit to us - we start mass production - cargo ready - remit balance payment before shipment - furture order
Q3: What's the payment term?
A3: 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.
Q4: What's the sample time & production time?
A4: For samples, 10 to 15days; for mass production 20-35days.
Q5: Do you do OEM project?
A5: Yes, there are professional designers and development team in our company.
Q6: What certificates do you have?
A6: CCC, CE, CB, UL, cUL, RoHS, DLC
