Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Moreover, we accept PayPal, TT, Western Union except Trade Assurance.

Q3. What is your trade terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, and CIF term.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 24 to 72 hours after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: There are two ways for customers to get our samples. 

First way: we can supply the free sample, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. 

Another way is that customer must pay total amount of samples, but we will deduct total amount of the samples at your next order. 

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly，customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly,we arrange the production.

Q9. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
