Q1:Are your bulbs dimmable?
A1: Yes, all Launray filament bubs can be dimmable or non-dimmable no matter what base it is. We have a full dimmer testing report for North America and western EU customer.

Q2: Have tried from a few other Chinese manufacturers but so far we have suffered various quality issues like high failure rate,flickering, over-stated power and lumen? How about yours?
A2: Launray filament bulbs use high quality constant current IC driver, sapphire substrate and big LED filament chips. Our non-dimmable bulbs have no flickering at all. All dimmable bulbs have minimized flickering distance <20cm. This has already approached the highest standard of this industry.

Q3: What CRI and color temperature do you offer?
A3: We provide high CRI index for our filaments; most of them are over 90.
Warm white: 2200k, 2500k, 2700k, 2800k, 3000k
Natural white: 4000K-4500K
Pure white: 5000K-5500K
Cool white: 6000K-6500K

Q4: How long is your lead time? do you have MOQ requirement?
A4: We have quite some standard products in stock. Send us a query so we can check if we can meet your need instantly. If no stock,we have the fastest lead time 10-15 days for less than 50000pcs.

Q5:What about your warranty?
A5: We provide 3 years warranty. Our defective rate is controlled to less than 3/1000. If any bulbs failed, we can send replacement in the warranty period.

Q6: Do you accept OEM? Can you help us do color box with our logo?
A6: We have professional color box designer. If you can order 1000pcs, we can design box for free.
