4. When I want to test your quality and style, could I get some samples?
Yes, the samples are available. We could send you the free sample(within 3pcs) but the shipping cost will be charged at your side. Please provide your courier account number if you have one. Alternatively, we will choose which we cooperated many years. Such as DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT.

5. Do you accept the OEM/ODM design?
Absolutely,this is our specialty! We would like to produce or design according to your ideas and requirements.

6. Is your price fixed all the time?
The price can be negotiable,it depends on your quantity,package and payment terms etc. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know your detailed requirements, like quantity, package etc.

7. When could I receive the quotation?
Normally we will respond you within 30 minutes after we receive your inquiry. Then we will send you the quotation in 1-2 working days. If the quotation is urgently required, please call us and inform us your email then we will pur your inquiry as priority.

8. What’s the payment method for my order?
Usually we deal with our customers 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before the shipment date or against the copy of B/L. It can be also negotiated based on your special request.

9. How does your factory relevant quality control?
All of the products are UL approved and 100% inspected before delivery,The UL inspector come our company to look up at least 4 times per year to assure all the items meet the requirements of UL standard

Method two: our factory is located in Zhangjiagang city. Only 30 minutes high speed train to suzhou,and then 1 hour drive time from Shanghai.If you are in China now, please come to Suzhou or Shanghai,or WUxi city,and then we will pick you up from your address to our factory.
