Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company ?

A : We are a real ISO 9001:2008 certificated manufacturer with 10 years manufacturing experience. Our main line is LED vehicle lights.

Q2. Besides ISO, what else certificates and test report you have ?
A :  Besides ISO,most of our lights are certificated with CE,RoHS,IP67,IP68,CCC, and E-mark(R10,R23,R112 etc).

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes with EPE and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.Also OEM packing is offered.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 4 to 7days for general order. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7. Do you have OEM, ODM service ?
A: Yes, we are Specialist in OEM and ODM service.Package branding and logo branding on light body is also offered.

Q8. Do you have agent in my country ? How do I place a trial order ?
A: NSL has some distributors / Whole sellers in some countries. We suggest clients contact them for quality testing.

Currently we have distributors in UK, USA, Sweden,Panama,Portugal. We will ask our distributor contact you after recieving your inquries from those countries.

NSL also welcomes companies with same lever and intrested to be our ( exclusive ) distributors.

Q9:  What is the warranty for your light & How you replace?

A : We offer 3 years warranty with our NSL quality lights. Within warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back, just break the light and take a photo of PCB inside and warranty label. Then we will send replacement FREE OF CHARGE with next shipment.
